Deleting your account permanently erases your personal details, such as your name, mobile number, email and saved addresses. You won't be able to sign in to it again.
Records of past orders and invoices are kept for up to 10 years without your personal details, because the law requires us to keep them.
An account can't be deleted while it has an order in progress.
